ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck Isolation Feet with Sound clarity and Openness for Studio Monitors and Speakers Size 2.4"x1.2" in Black with 20 lbs Weight Capacity - Set of 2

The IsoAcoustics Iso-Puck Isolation Pucks are a revolutionary solution for enhancing the performance of your studio monitors, amplifiers, and other audio equipment by effectively managing vibrations and decoupling your gear from the supporting surface.

Compact, versatile, and powerful, these pucks are designed to deliver superior acoustic isolation in a wide range of audio setups, making them an essential tool for both professional studios and home environments.

The IsoAcoustics ISO-PUCK Series provide an innovative new approach in isolating studio monitors, speakers and other systems. This unique patented design provides a high degree of isolation while resisting lateral movement and oscillations, which results in greater sound clarity and focus. This versatile isolation tool is possibly the most cost effective upgrade available for improving the performance and clarity of your speakers or monitors.

ISO-PUCK Series Design Features

The small, compact design makes the ISO-PUCK series the ideal speaker isolation solution to carry with you from studio to studio, session to session or anywhere you want to improve the sound clarity and provide consistent results from one location to the next for your studio monitors or speakers.

The ISO-PUCK upper flange “suction cup” design adheres to the underside of the cabinet making the upper isolator live with the speaker, while the lower isolator anchors to the supporting surface. All the energy is managed within the core of the ISO-PUCK isolators which are carefully tuned to provide superior isolation and control while remaining on-axis.

The low-profile design makes the ISO-PUCK series the ideal solution on meter bridges, floor stands, consoles, desktops, millwork, or soffit mounted. These isolators decouple studio monitors and speakers from the supporting surface to eliminate the transfer of energy and the resulting sound smearing and coloration. Even placement on the most solid surfaces will greatly benefit as the internal reflections coming back up from the supporting surface are attenuated to eliminate the smear and provide greater sound clarity and open up the stereo image.

If more height or tilt is required, please see our ISO-Stand Series and Aperta Series of isolation stands.

Guitar & Bass Amps

IsoAcoustics ISO-PUCK series provide improved isolation and performance for guitar and bass amplifiers. For home, studio or stage the ISO-PUCK series decouple amplifiers from the floor or stage which results in remarkable sound clarity and openness with tighter bass and greater detail. Discover improved isolation with greater punch and clarity when practicing at home, or tracking in the studio. Musicians often struggle to maintain “their sound” as they move from one “boomy” stage to the next. ISO-PUCK series of isolators provide a consistent isolation support to preserve your sound in any situation and are great for amps, cabinets, stage monitors subwoofers and more

IsoAcoustics Iso-Puck Isolator Stand Key Features :

Vibration Isolation : The Iso-Puck effectively decouples the audio equipment from the supporting surface, minimizing vibrations that can color the sound. This leads to clearer, more accurate audio reproduction.

Versatility : Iso-Pucks are designed to be placed under a variety of equipment, from studio monitors and speakers to amplifiers, DJ gear, and turntables. They can also be used under guitar amplifiers and other instruments to improve sound clarity.

Design and Construction : The Iso-Puck has a compact, low-profile design with a soft, non-slip top and bottom surface that securely grips the equipment and the supporting surface. This ensures stability while effectively isolating the equipment from vibrations.

Weight Capacity : Each Iso-Puck can support up to 20 lbs (9 kg). For heavier equipment, multiple Iso-Pucks can be used together to distribute the weight evenly.

Dimensions : The Iso-Puck has a diameter of 2.4 inches (60 mm) and a height of 1.2 inches (30 mm).

Benefits :

Improved Sound Quality : By reducing vibrations, Iso-Pucks enhance the clarity, focus, and depth of the audio, resulting in a more accurate and natural sound.

Enhanced Bass Response : Iso-Pucks help in tightening the bass, providing a more defined and controlled low-end.

Versatile Application : Their flexible design allows them to be used under a wide range of audio and musical equipment, making them a versatile tool for both professional and home audio setups.

Application :

Iso-Pucks are easy to use. Simply place them under the equipment's feet or chassis, ensuring that the weight is evenly distributed. For larger or heavier equipment, use additional Iso-Pucks as needed to provide optimal isolation.

The IsoAcoustics Iso-Puck is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve the performance of their audio equipment, whether in a professional studio or a home audio setup.

Installing ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck isolation feet is a great way to enhance the performance of your speakers or audio equipment by isolating them from vibrations. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to install them:

Step-by-Step Installation Guide for ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck Isolation Feet

What You Need:

  • ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck isolation feet
  • Your speakers or audio equipment
  • A flat, stable surface (e.g., speaker stands, audio rack)
  1. Unbox the ISO-Puck Isolation Feet:
  • Carefully remove the ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck isolation feet from their packaging. Verify that all components are present, which usually includes the isolation feet themselves and any accompanying hardware.
  1. Prepare the Installation Surface:
  • Ensure that the surface where the ISO-Puck feet will be placed is clean and level. This will provide a stable base for the isolation feet and your equipment.
  1. Determine Placement:
  • Decide how many ISO-Puck feet you need based on the weight of your equipment and the recommended number of feet for optimal performance. Typically, you will use four ISO-Puck feet for most setups, but some setups may require more.
  1. Install the Isolation Feet:
  • If Your Equipment Has Existing Feet:
    • Remove any existing feet or spikes from your equipment if applicable.
    • Clean the surface where the isolation feet will be installed to ensure proper adhesion and stability.
  • Attach the ISO-Puck Feet:
    • Position each ISO-Puck isolation foot under the equipment. The ISO-Puck feet should be placed in a configuration that supports the weight evenly.
    • The ISO-Puck feet typically have a rubberized or adhesive bottom side that grips the surface to prevent movement. Make sure this side is in contact with the surface.
  • Adjust the Position:
    • Ensure that the isolation feet are evenly spaced and that the equipment sits level. Adjust the position of each foot if necessary to achieve stability.
  1. Place Your Equipment:
  • Carefully place your speakers or audio equipment on top of the ISO-Puck feet. Ensure that the equipment is centered and balanced on the feet.
  1. Check for Stability:
  • Gently press down on the equipment to make sure it is stable and secure on the ISO-Puck feet. Ensure that the equipment does not wobble and that the isolation feet are properly supporting the weight.
  1. Test the Setup:
  • Play some audio through your equipment to test the setup. Listen for improvements in sound clarity, bass response, and overall performance. Adjust the placement or number of ISO-Puck feet if necessary to achieve the best results.

Additional Tips:

  • Weight Capacity: Ensure that the total weight of your equipment does not exceed the weight capacity of the ISO-Puck feet. Check the specifications for the maximum weight supported.
  • Avoid Excessive Movement: Minimize movement or adjustments once the ISO-Puck feet are in place to prevent disrupting the setup.

By following these steps, you’ll effectively install your ISOAcoustics ISO-Puck isolation feet, improving the isolation of your equipment from vibrations and enhancing the overall sound quality
